Driving fashion retail for Queensland

We are thrilled to announce the return of Queensland’s premier fashion event in 2024. The new-look Brisbane Fashion Festival is a spectacular celebration of Brisbane, Queensland, and Australian fashion.

Brisbane Fashion Festival Festival showcases the very best local fashion designers, including leading industry names, homegrown favourites, and the brightest next-gen talent.

We invite fashion fans as well as media to revel in the abundant creativity and stunning aesthetics of Queensland and Australian designers, in a program of runway shows and exciting events.

Since our beginnings in 2006, the key focus of Brisbane Fashion Festival has always been supporting the local fashion industry, by giving designers a significant platform to showcase their work and connecting them directly with consumers, media, and industry representatives.  By showing collections at the same time as they land in-stores and online, fashion lovers inspired by the show can purchase their favourite looks fresh from the runway – resulting in a business boost for hard-working local creatives.

We are also thrilled to welcome back Brisbane Economic Development Agency as the Principal Partner of Brisbane Fashion Festival.

Brisbane Fashion Festival is all about driving fashion retail for Queensland.

That’s why the Fashion Festival is timed to coincide with the arrival of the brand-new Spring/Summer collections by our designers in-stores and online. So if you see something you love during the Festival, you can make it yours fresh from the runway!

Discover participating designers and retailers via our Program, connect with them on social media, and support local business in the most fun way – by adding to your new-season wardrobe.

Following the Festival, you can also relive the runway via our Gallery page and BFFTV, find the pieces and designers you love, then make your favourite styles yours.
