Donna Chang is a stunningly beautiful fine dining Chinese restaurant inside one of Brisbane’s most magnificent heritage buildings, the old Queensland Government Savings Bank circa. With its old-world aesthetic and modern-Chinese fare, the blend is one that will wow diners.
The contemporary Chinese menu combines Cantonese and Sichuan flavours. The menu is divided into raw dishes, starters, dim sum, seafood, poultry and meat, wood-fired dishes and sides.
The 100-bottle wine list has plenty of Riesling and light reds. There’s also a selection of beers on tap and by the bottle.
Seinfeld fans will recognise the restaurant’s name from the iconic ‘The Chinese Woman’ episode, which is where it came from. The Donna Chang fortune cookies even have Seinfeld quotes inside
