In partnership with Brisbane Fashion Festival, join Beyond DV in King George Square at 4.00pm on Friday 28 August, walking to the Queen Street Mall, for “Dress to Express” Day. Wear your most fabulous outfit and walk in solidarity with DV survivors on their own journey to rediscover their identity and style, then join us for an evening cocktail party at InterContinental Brisbane from 5.30pm to 8.00pm
How fabulous do we feel when we wear our favourite outfit?
Sadly, many community members in abusive relationships don’t get to choose what they wear. This is one of the most common forms of coercive control.
